Performance pay and the whole idea of coming into work whenever you feel like it just as long as you get your work done sounded great. • Newly Corporate: Creativity, What to do when you're not inspired. I don't usually go for the whole "5 Tips to fix x problem" articles but this is just some ideas to help you get your creative juices flowing. In addition to the coffee suggestion, I'd add an art exhibit or some other fun event that will get you out and living your life.
  
  
• Help Wanted Hawaii: Employment Branding. Think About It. Nothing really new here topic-wise. We talk about branding quite a bit in our circles but I found this blog and wanted to point to it. Mike Nale makes a great point for Branding on the Employer end.
